ABSOLUTELY NO STARS

THINK TWICE before installing this app because if you run into a problem their customer service will respond promptly but the likelihood of getting resolution is slim to none.

I was past Level 78 and although the points kept accumulating the level froze and would not increase accordingly to the points.

I contacted customer service and I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app which I did and they still have not restored my level so after over a week, much frustration and numerous emails to which I have gotten the runaround over and over again, I am done, I am deleting this app as I really dont have the time nor patience to be associated with anything nor anyone in which issues arent handled ethically.

It is unfortunate because their games are fun and I enjoyed the hourly bonuses but when a problem arose which in my case I was robbed of my level, their customer service department didnt have the knowledge to resolve the issue nor handle professionally. I was told they would escalate to a higher level over and over and that someone would contact me, I am still waiting... if they ever do decide to contact me, its a little too late now.
